Propose and suggest plans in relation to advertising, sales promotion, public relations, etc. Develop marketing presentations.
Coordinate with General Manager, AVME and Agencies for artwork and media schedules of advertising campaigns.
Handle marketing activities and special events, such as, car launches. Mall display, product placement.
Review and recommend sponsorships and business deals with other corporations.
Daily media monitoring and reporting.
Social media and online reviewing.
Coordinate with Hotels for organising special events.
Monitor inputs of advertising campaigns from showrooms and provide report.
Record minutes of the Marketing meetings as required.
Assist Showroom In - charge together with AVME Marketing for any showroom requirements displays, posters, danglers etc.
Coordinate with the General Manager and AVME Marketing for all upcoming campaigns and events to ensure success and proper follow up.
Coordinate with the General Manager for catalogue inventory.
Make sure the approved jobs to advertising agency are executed as per agreed terms and conditions.
Preparation and circulation of competitive analysis of offers and prices. The information to be filed for future references with original catalogues of the models.
Keep record of gift items ordered by the General Manager and Parts Manager.
Maintain contacts with local Suppliers for gift items.
Assist the General Manager in maintaining CI in outlets.
• Setting marketing annual and monthly strategies to the catering, restaurant and cafes operations
• Responsible for maximizing outlets’ revenues by developing programs to increase footfall.
• Maintain awareness of the factors that influence the hospitality industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of customers.
• Working closely with other restaurants’ staff to ensure guests are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training marketing staff members
• Supervise the functioning of all F&B marketing activities, promotions, sales and costs to ensure that department profits are maximized.
• Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
• Overseeing current offerings and coming up with initiatives for new restaurants and locations
• Researching and analysing market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Working with other departments to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
• Approving and overseeing the creative development of promotional materials, website content, social media platforms, and other marketing-related projects
• Communicating with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
• Working within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
• Tracking all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
• Adjusting marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
