UAEDesignation: Sales Manager Reporting to - Commercial Director Team Management:
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative
• Maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management Territory Analysis:
• Do regular potential analyses by auditing the Customers, so as to understand trend of our products and modify communication strategy accordingly to position the products in a favorable manner.
• Conducting surveys for understanding new and existing product market potential.
• Ensure updated customer list as and when required and there by check possibilities for new counter opening
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Product Promotion:
• Influencing the Customers to by solving their issues with the company and effectively updating it.
• Ensuring top-of-the mind recall of the products to the Customers.
• Launch activities etc. as per plan to gather momentum for new products conducting product promotion activities likedealer/contactors meets and town to own van activities etc.
• Designing schemes and offers the product and ensuring the team for an effective communication of the same Customer Relationship Management:
• Attend the product complaints and report it to the concern department for suitable compensations and solution.
• Device innovative approaches and strategies to build strong relationships with Customers and end customers.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding theirneeds
Business Development:
• Build customer and market base for achieving present and future business objectives by identifying new customers and redefining product positioning
• Customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
• Finding uncovered towns and areas within the territory for new counter openings. Sales Target Achievement:
• Achieving growth and profitability through focused team management plans, actions and by effectively delivering the roles and responsibilities.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
