• Attend the product complaints and report it to the concern department for suitable compensations and solution.
• Device innovative approaches and strategies to build strong relationships with Customers and end customers.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding theirneeds
