• Assess and verify implementing partner compliance with financial, operational, and contractual obligations.
• Draft and finalize partnership agreements underthe Education program, ensuring they adhere to both donor and
legal requirements.
• Oversee the implementing partners accounting processes, documentation, and audit functionsrelated to
implementing partners and raise red flagsfor any concerns.
• Ensure accurate financialrecords and timely reporting of implementing partner.
• Review and verify the implementing partner payslips, employee contracts, and receiptsto ensure compliance
with Anera’s policies and procedures.
• Monitor and investigate fraud and corruption issues.
• Ensure that implementing partners procurement activities adhere to organizational policies and processes,
verifying that all procurement procedures are conducted in accordance with Anera and the donor's established
standards and guidelines.
• Assist in supporting the procurement processforitemsrelated to the businessstart-up component.
• Assist in tracking and forecasting programmatic budget and expenses
• Assist in programmatic and financial planning for new proposals
• Conduct thorough vetting of potential partners
• Perform regular partner reviews during and at the end of the implementation phase.
• Develop and implementstandards and training forimplementing partnersstaff on fraud and corruption
prevention.
• Assist in due diligence processes on a programmatic level.
