Preparing contracts for staff, printing old contracts, contacting staff for signature of new contracts, scanning and uploading contracts to the portal system of each of the staff after signing the contracts.
• Filing: managing information papers of each staff into their files, in addition keeping files up to date and organized.
• Exposed to recruiting process: including uploading job opening online through recruitment agencies, in addition to UNDP website. Managing qualified candidates, short list candidates, contacting short listed candidates. Managing interview sheet and uploading information of the test results and information of the candidate who was selected to the job, in addition to the second chosen candidate for the job. Managing the process of the accepted candidate and preparing the opening of the file by collecting personal information of the new candidate.

Protection coordinator at Avsi

o Ensure and oversee the overall implementation of Avsi protection mainstreaming in livelihoods projects in all areas in Lebanon.
o Train Avsi programme and support staff on the Avsi protection policy and mainstreaming tools.

o Contribute to the design of Avsi Lebanon’s accountability framework, ensuring effective beneficiary complaints and feedback mechanisms are implemented and followed up, in close coordination with the Accountability and M&E Coordinators.
