• Enforced safety and health protocols, resulting 90% of workers wearing proper PPE and performing safety practices at the job site.

• Managed daily site activities of 40+ manpower, ensuring quality standards on architectural works for 9 high end beach homes. Performed actual estimates prior to installation of tiles, vinyl, ceiling, partitions, and paintings.

• Prepared as-built plans, accomplishment reports and billings over PHP 8M.

• Attended coordination meetings and ocular visits with QA/QC and construction managers, presenting accomplishments, site concerns and catch-up plans.
