• I started up a new project in unconventional reservoir field, in accordance with company and regulatory policies, achieving to improve drilling operations time in the first well.
• I trained drillers and crew Supervisors in drilling operations, good practices and AC Flex Rig 3 procedures for two rig in unconventional drilling.
• I leaded and controlled well kicks, getting a safe and efficient well control for the operation.
Technical and operational support for five 1500 HP AC Rigs in horizontal wells at 16, 000 ft. in unconventional reservoirs. “Loma Campana - Loma La Lata”, YPF S.A
• I Trained drillers and crew supervisors in operational drilling system for AC Flex Rigs (V-ICIS).
• I started up operations for five AC rigs, achieving in a short time overcoming the costumer expectations reducing the drilling operations time in 40%.
• I designed strategic alliances with vendors and implemented procedures to optimize tubulars repair cost and tubulars inspection time, obtaining a cost reduction of 50%.
• Conducted regular inspections of equipment, tools, operations and performance audits.

• I trained personnel under my charge from different countries, languages and religions, achieving a successful start-up for both my company and the customer.
• I organized strategies to achieve a successful start up, at a time of the year of religious festivities (Ramadan) in a Muslim country.
Lead and perform all daily drilling operations in a 750 AC HP Rig. “La Cira Infantas” field, Oxy Colombia.
• With my team work, we optimized drilling operations, reducing drilling times in wells at 4, 000 ft. from 10 to 4 days and rig move times from 3 days to 12 hours.
• I trained drillers for AC rigs in all drilling activities, basic well control procedures, stuck pipe and drilling good practices.
• I design and implement a drilling manual for “la Cira Infantas” field.
