• Managing the Defect Liability Period,
• Responsible for successfully managing the insourced Hard / Soft Services and DLP team for High-rise Tower witch consist of Mall and Residential development - Abu Dhabi Gate 1, 2, 3 and ARC Tower with a total managed plot of 840, 000sqm. As the project is about complete and Take over Certificate issued as part by part. Takeover of the building, Preparation of Asset register, preparing the PPM schedule preparing the budget / scope of work, appointing the specialist contractor for maintenance, managing the Defect Liability Period, defect rectification / maintenance and managing with the Main contractor for the common Area and Residence.
• Fit-out Management of Commercial area, Mall area.
Fit out management for the shell and core area of commercial property, Mall outlets and office areas
such as Review Approval of Fit out design, site inspection, project schedules, Local Authority approvals,
Isolation of services for the Fit out installation, testing commissioning of all services in the fit out services, and reinstate the services
Take over Hand over and closing of fit outs.
Installation inspection / Materials Inspection / mockup installation as per the IR and its approval, report of materials and verify confirm the storage of the materials as per Manufacturers recommendation.
follow up and implement of site instruction from the Management
Supervision inspection of all installation during Construction, and issue of site Memo / NCR if any violation of construction practice / Specifications / shop drawing.
Testing pre-commissioning and commissioning of all MEP services review of commissioning report.
