• Comply with recruitment policies and procedures, discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs and advise requesters on each step to follow.
• Collect and review candidate CVs and assess their suitability for positions as per the hiring plan.
• Collects Annual Hiring Plan from Dep. Heads & submit it to OD Section Head for approval.
• Interview potential candidates through a personal meeting or via the telephone.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Organize advertisements for recruitment campaigns and attend employment fairs.
• Notify applicants of results of selection process through Thank You emails if rejected or prepare job offers if accepted.
• Ensure all hired candidates have been selected upon hiring policy & procedures.
• Complete the hiring
• Implement the summer internship program.
• Maintain the recruitment database files (CVs, status, packages…etc).
• Conduct Pre-employment medical check ups for accepted candidates.
• Register short listed CVs with results on Great Plains.
• Upload hiring plan with grades, assessment sheets, and job offers etc on Great Plains.
• Coordinate and handle the reservations and logistics for the training programs for Giza Systems employees.
• Update and maintain training files including attendance, evaluation sheets and certificates.
• Develop and update Positions Inventory (title, job family, grade, Job evaluation, competencies and attention items)
• Assist in developing job profiles (Job descriptions, competencies, job evaluations...etc)
• Assist in maintaining Giza Systems grading structure.
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Develop career path for every position in the organization and tie it to grading structure and competencies and make sure it is properly implemented.
• Generate the monthly HR report showing head count, new hires, resigned employees, etc.
