- Maintain the Director-General agenda, attend meetings and record MOM.
- Preparing monthly or quarterly reports including performance analysis
- Handling Correspondence (letters, emails, ..etc) and communication with external organizations/authorities.
- Support other departments and direct staff into correct policies & procedures.
