-Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the work operations of the technical underwriters in the individual life production department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
-Covering the duties of the head of customer service department during his absence.
-Coordinate and handle the communication with VIP clients via calls, emails and meetings.
-Handle customer's complaints.
-Credit control supervisor (Loans, Policy Issuance, Cancelations, etc...).
-Prepare the special reports of the department including mathematical reserves, persistency reports and other statistics.
-Train, develop and monitor the progress of the department members.
-Coordinate with the finance and collection department regarding the outstanding financial issues of the production/operations department.
- Perform daily duty checklist activities, daily reconciliation and monthly general ledger account ownership reconciliation.
- Loans Officer (Analyze and verify customer loan application to determine customer creditworthiness and then proceed).
- Handle and proceed daily payments -inward and outward remittances including CBJ Return monthly report.
- Handle all remittances investigations to ensure they are handled and resolved.
- Covering the duties of the treasury director during his absence.
- Treasury Dealer- Proceed all related back office treasury money market/FX deals and placements
- Handle and support treasury settlements.
- Responsible for Local and foreign Cheque clearing.
- Inward clearing ECC Authorization.
-Administrative roles such as preparing letters.
