Position : Public Relation Officer (PRO)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages immigration and labour processes, new employee administration processes and ensures that a best in class service is delivered to employees and the business by the HR team.
• Represent the company with government authorities and manage the relationship effectively.
• Manage immigration and labour processes for employees, collating employee’s documents, accurately preparing applications, applying for entry permits, employment visas, labour cards, residence visas and collecting documents.
• Manage the renewal of visa process for employees to avoiding expiration or travel limitations.
• Manage the cancellation of visa process for employees to ensure visas are cancelled.
• Guide employees through immigration and visa processes, ensuring that regular updates are given, a transparent process is communicated and followed, enquires are managed promptly and efficiently and a best in class level of service is delivered.
• Provide advice to employees on local authorities and government bodies processes such as Food Hygiene Course, Municipality Health Card, driving license, car registrations.
• Maintain employee HR files, electronic and hard copy, with up to date copies of passports, visas and immigration information.
• Manage the addition of new joiners to benefits schemes and communicate information to HR administration teams.
• Maintain an up to date database of passports and residence visas.
• Produce letters for employees required such as Salary Certificate, Employment Certificate, and NOC for Driving License etc.
• Provide support to the HR administrative tasks such as producing employee letters required for government authorities and contribute to the effective operation of the office.
• Accurately and efficiently manage expenses related to immigration and labour processes in line with Company policy.
• Keep up to date with and communicate changes in labour and immigration rules and procedures from the government authorities.
• Assist other functions at the company in managing processes with government authorities including permit applications, trade licenses and company registration renewals.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of Company and employee documents.
• Ensure that all work is undertaken in compliance with the systems, structures, standards and policies set by the Company.
• Interaction with Mobility Team and the Dubai Office Administration and Facilities Teams.
