Instrumentation Design and Engineering Competencies:

* Formalize the QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and agree upon the actions with each of the
EPC.
* Executing the audits on monthly basis to review with 6 EPC‟s, (Fluor, KBR, Tecnicas
Reunidas, Daelim, Samsung, and CTCI) to set the PRP activities to an acceptable level.
* Review and approve multi-discipline commissioning procedures - ensure compliance with
project standards, specifications and procedures.
* Testing of Instrumentation System as per testing plan (Dry Test, Dynamic Test).
* Monitors and confirm documentation of installation and start-up of control and
instrumentation systems, including start-up tests.
* Provide technical information for Major& Detailed activity list as per systemization.
* Organizes and facilitates workshop for commissioning and Start-up and system handover
activities.
* Plant Maintenance Management:
* Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe manner, in accordance with the
