Role & Responsibilities:

* Responsible for overall management of the construction team, including mentoring, scheduling of activities, recruitment, and performance management of team members.
* Directed the construction team through all phases of construction, ensuring effective contractor coordination and comprehensive site management.
* Reviewed and ensured execution of the project brief, design briefs, drawings, specifications, and all relevant project documentation in line with the client’s objectives.
* Monitored construction progress, quality, and safety, and initiated corrective actions to rectify any non-conformances.
* Managed and supervised interior fit-outs and finishing works for offices and meeting rooms.
* Supervised onsite contractors to ensure safety compliance, quality standards, proper equipment usage, and adequate manpower resourcing levels.
* Prepared construction information for inclusion in project reports and provided all relevant updates to the Project Manager.
* Monitored preparation of contractors’ final accounts, obtained necessary certificates, and coordinated submission to the client for payment.
* Ensured contractors and consultants provided as-built drawings, installed drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and confirmed training arrangements for the client’s engineering and maintenance staff.
* Stopped contractor activities when safety, quality, method statement violations, or other non-conformances were identified.
* Maintained overall construction site management and highlighted site-related issues and risks to the Project Manager.
