Job Description:
-Create Detail Drawing /Shop Drawing from Engineer/Client IFC.
-Draw section and elevation drawing.
-Coordinate between internal and external parties regarding design and construction specification.
-Review and verify drawings to ensure compliance with design.
-Assist Site Condition as Person in-charge if needed.
-Conduct safety tool box meeting in needed.
-Create Cutting list for Columns, Footings and Beams.

-Create Detail Drawing for fabrication to be use in construction M.E.P. Rack Support System.
-Draw CAD Drawing for Site Update Layout Plan.
-Create 3D drawing or projection if necessary.
-Create Section and elevation drawing.
-Coordinate with other Contractor regarding site condition, clashing utilities and other.
-Coordinate between internal and external parties regarding design and construction specification.
-Ensure timely submission and compliance of the regular requirements.
-Review and verify drawings to ensure compliance with design.
-Assist Technical Manager regarding Technical Data of products, Project BOQ, Variation Order and other technical matters.
-Assist Product Manager regarding Quotation as per client request.
-Documentation of paper works as DCC.
-Design and calculate Rack Support using “SDS” Software Provided by Fischer PH.
-Encoding Inventory for warehouse updated materials.
-Create a Consolidate Plan Layout

-Provide site updated plans and perspective for board meeting presentation.
-Provide Drawing required for Building permit in CEO such as Architectural plan, Structural plan, Electrical plan and Sanitary plan.
-Update CAD Drawing such as Floor plan, Section plan, Elevation, Schedule of door & window and tile layout and other details for IFC.
-Estimate a rough BOQ for relocation raw house.
-Obtain and assemble data to complete Architectural designs.
-Visit Job site to compile measurement for accurate data/detail as necessary.
