DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Provides valuable assistance to the Design Manager and Design Coordinator in effectively managing and leading the Design Team
 plays a pivotal role in supervising, closely monitoring, and meticulously reviewing shop drawings.
 Demonstrates strong leadership by effectively managing and leading a dedicated team of draftsmen responsible for the production of shop drawings.
 Takes a proactive lead in addressing complex design and technical coordination challenges, particularly concerning aspects such as Finishes, Structure, and other critical components of projects.
 Responsible for formulating pertinent questions and facilitating the submission of detailed queries as part of the Request for Information (RFI) procedures.
 undertakes the critical responsibility of overseeing site work to guarantee strict adherence to the prescribed plan, design specifications, and desired finish quality.
 actively participates in meetings with developers and subcontractors, fostering productive collaborations and comprehensive discussions encompassing all facets of the design process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Manage the technical team for shop drawing production
 Preparation, monitoring and scheduling of shop drawing production for consultant
approval
 Work and coordinate with the Site Team for the actual site condition.
 Site visitation to ensure work at site is according to plan & design.
 Attend meetings with Developers / Subcontractors to review/discuss all aspects of
design and scope of work
 Analyze conflicts and provides solutions concerning IFC references and company
design standards.
 Coordinate details with other concerning trades. (MEP, Construction, etc.)
 Assist and review material proposal for the client
 Correlation of all data on actual site measurements in order to incorporate into As-
Built Drawings.
