• Process customer orders into the system accurately.
• Issue picks and check status of processed orders.
• Cancel stuck lines of orders in the system and re-process the same.
• Check stock levels of fast moving items, prepare and submit reports of the same to the planning team.
• Prepare a tracker of items returned during time of delivery.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on damaged goods.
• Check short expiry for items and ensure the same is depleted before “best before date”.
• Prepare and submit reports on number of orders and quantity of items processed at the end-of-the-day, to plan and allocate trucks for timely delivery.
• Ensure completion of order processing within the given deadline and with accuracy.
• Timely dispatch of export & airline (Emirates, Etihad, EKFC, IFS, ADHC) orders, ensuring items invoiced are accurate in terms of pricing and quantity ordered.
• Provide the customer and the Sales team with all relevant information pertaining to order fulfillment i.e. pricing of items, location and availability of stock, ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), etc.
• Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints on call and via email.
• Provide support to the Sales team in maximizing recovery of loss of sales based on the product availability, re-confirming the requirements and re-scheduling deliveries.
• Monthly analysis of orders processed, details of deliveries made and stock returns.
• Interact with the Retail shops, Customers and Credit Controller to ensure smooth operations of cash sales.
• Process accurate orders for the Airlines industry and maintain appropriate records of all orders and invoices.
• Identify ways to overcome redundancy of tasks to improve team productivity.
• Lead the Events team- plan, organize and budget various events and activities in the department with assistance from others.
• Process credit card applications for the Retail Credit Cards Unit by verifying the submitted customer applications.
• Inform the customer about the required documents, processing time and the status of the applied card.
• Compare, analyze and rectify liability reports of the customers for Al Etihad Credit Bureau.
• Understand customer requirements to ensure best support.
• Verify customer details for their credit card applications and loans (Auto loans and Personal loans).
• Coordinate amongst the various teams involved in the card-processing department.
• Act as a point of contact between the Sales and processing department.
To assist customers with complaints, queries and help find suitable Insurances on their credit cards for themselves, spouse and their family.
