As AT LTE Project Manager, I establish project rollout plan and realize it, I follow project cost and resource management, in addition of routing project management tasks related to communication with customer, prepare for weekly and monthly both internal and customer reports.

• NOC BSS HUAWEI Activities: (BSC6900, BTS3900, DBS3900)
- Most important WO execution
- Insure the tracking of hardware problems with O&M and all preventive action.
- Insure the successful execution of main FP project.
- Support for on-site engineers and the different other department (Optimization, Engineering, …)
- Analyse QOS issues.
- Level 2 & 3 TT tracking and organizing biweekly meetings with Huawei local office representative.

• 2G/3G (HUAWEI/ZTE) Project preparation: (Preparation phase)
- Review with engineering department the technical solution proposal and network topology.
- Review the service contract.
- Check the IOT acceptance tests proposed by the different suppliers.
I occupied different position in different project, I started as a supervisor in CDMA projects and after regional manager and assistant of project manager after I worked as a CPTO for two other projects EVDO and OSS.
I worked also as a swap supervisor engineer for a GSM project and finally I occupied a post as a support level 2 engineer for CDMA/WCDMA products in Huawei French TAC situated in Algeria.
