Under Operations Manager’s direction, Field Coordinator is accountable for the implementation of the approved short term plan and the execution of Production & Maintenance field activities, while complying with the HSSE requirements, and other company policies. The incumbent is also accountable for the coordination of all activities carried out in the fields by other disciplines.

• Number of fields: 2 (Tsiengui and Obangue) and 2 pumping stations (Rabi and Coucal)

Job Role
HSSE
• Promote company HSSE policy in fields
• Implement Emergency Response Plan and conduct regular emergency response drills.
• Enforce the Permit to Work (PTW) in the fields
• Front line community liaison in the fields.
• Conduct field audits and ensure closure of approved remedial actions
Production & Maintenance
• Ensure operability of Operations Management Systems
• Implement the Operating Procedures and ensure compliance
• Lead the 90 Days Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) forum
• Achieve Production & Maintenance targets.
• Optimize the usage of chemical to ensure the flow assurance
• Optimize the wax management
• Execute preventive maintenance, tests and inspections of facilities to achieve higher and cost effective plant uptime.
• Maintain operations within the operating envelop of facilities and wells.
• Oversee the inventory management, and consumable stock movement.
• Elaborate accurate, reliable and timely reporting of Production & Maintenance KPI
• Take the ownership of wells and facilities after the achievement of approved handover criteria

• Coach, develop through training and OJT program

Reporting to field Manager
Main duties are to supervise operation & Maintenance for 2 sites (Badila and Mangara).
• Ensure safe, efficient and cost effective operations through proactive management of production and maintenance teams.
• Organize the work of the general production & maintenance contractor, such as:
o installations (wells and plant) are operated according to company requirements in terms of safety and operational aspects,
o production targets are reached, and proper metering of crude, gas and water (produced and injected ) is ensured,
o effective maintenance (preventive and curative) is performed,
o validation of daily production figures (including well tests);
• Follow up of Commissioning activities
• supervise, if required, startup of new installations
• propose modifications to improve process performances or to reduce maintenance costs;
• ensure elaboration and updating of operational procedures;
• liaise with other department such as Project, Construction, Drilling, Procurement and Contract, whenever their activity interferes with production & maintenance activity;
• Attend regular meetings to prepare maintenance interventions and minimize shutdowns and to elaborate compensatory measures;
• ensure on the job training of new employees

Roles and responsibilities:
• Lead plant production operations to achieve planned hydrocarbon targeted volumes (Quantities quality).
• Implement HSE policies, standards and procedures to ensure integrity of people, environment, asset and reputation of the company.
• Maintain effective first-line communication with customers and joint-venture partners in order to enhance productivity and relationship.
• Work closely with Maintenance superintendent in resolving plant problems to improve plant availability and reliability.
• Assumes ownership of the equipment during and handover of all equipments repairs wither by company staff or by third party.
• Prepare and manage production budget to ensure expenses remain within business plan.
• Carry out staff annual performance appraisals. Carry out training needs analyses, co-ordinate in execution of training plan for enhancement of employee's knowledge/skills to achieve business aims.
• Support project group during project phases as required.
• Take over responsibility during commissioning of plant.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Ensure HSE management system, legal requirements and company policies are implemented effectively.
• In conjunction with Asset Team, commit to and deliver agreed upon production volumes.
• Develop strategies with maintenance managers to deliver on BU performance listed above
• Effectively integrate efforts with Maintenance Superintendents to develop and manage operating, maintenance & projects budgets to achieve annual and long range BU goals.
• Ensure Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) techniques are applied appropriate through- out the organization and processes are in place to close learning’s from events, incidents, RCFA’s.
• Track, report and lead efforts to eliminate sources of LPO’s.
• Coordinate, with input from supervisor, peers and subordinates all Company and BU goals for optimization of plant and well production. Implement/report in accordance with applicable guidelines as may be prescribed by COP/MLN, Sonatrach and Algerian Government.
• Liaise daily with Engineering; Prod, Process and Mechanical engineers on staff at MLN and COP Houston based teams.
• Ensure adequate staff of trained personnel to met daily safe operating requirements of the plant and wells sites.
• Responsible for training of all personnel involved with the performance of plant and well operations

Reporting to Operations Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
• Responsible team leader for overall environmental impact generated by plant operations. Exact understanding and working knowledge of all EH&S policies designed and built around environmentally safe operations of the plant, and product throughput.
• Review on a daily basis oil and gas volumes from assigned facility and wells.
• Investigate, interprets findings and directs personnel in the correction of or repairs to well performance or plant deficiencies. Interact with production reservoir and facility engineers to forecast plan and implement schedules for routine well intervention.
• Provide input and well performance history to all disciplines to optimize stimulation procedures, zone changes and well performance analysis.
• Share responsibility with the MLN Maintenance Superintendent for developing budget and monetary forecast of expenditure requirements to maintain the assigned wells and facility.
• Oversee the plant and well safety system functionality, record keeping and testing of this system.
