• Responsible for Asiacell mobile internet product portfolio, i.e. pay-per-user mobile data, data bundle packages, mobile broadband, MMS and mobile internet device management system
• Coordinate project implementation for new mobile internet product development across all stakeholders (PMO, Technical Project Manager, Technical Planning, Technical Operation, IT, marketing communication)
• Manage Asiacell overall mobile internet services in term of user base, usage, revenue and price plan in order to gain user insight and devise service enhancements
• Project manager for several projects, i.e. new messaging platforms (SMSC, MMSC and MSDP) and data bundle packages implementation
• Develop Indosat mobile internet services, such as pay-per-use mobile data, data bundle packages and mobile broadband.
• Manage Indosat overall mobile internet services in term of user base, usage, revenue and price plan Manage Indosat value-added services portfolio and participate in yearly marketing and budgetary plan.
• Develop product plan and product roadmap of mobile social networking services and participate in business plan development based on market research, market requirements and operator’s platforms feasibility to increase mobile data usage
• Drive solution sets across development teams (IT, network, billing, finance, legal, marketing communication) for several mobile VAS services
• Develop product plan and business plan as well as participate in RFP development for video messaging and mobile commerce services
• Drive solution sets across development teams (IT, network, billing, finance, legal, marketing communication) for video messaging and mobile commerce services
• Develop product specification and implementation coordination for mobile commerce in accordance to the Indonesian Central Bank regulation as well as manage partnerships with IT security auditor, banks, payment gateway switching and merchants
• Review Indosat existing prepaid (IM3 brand) customer base, price plans, usage, ARPU, and airtime top-up in all regions. Devise new price plans accordingly to drive prepaid segment usage and revenue
• Develop IM3 prepaid brand positioning strategies based on primary and secondary market research and customer review
• Manage IM3 prepaid proposition and coordinate with the concerned teams accordingly, i.e. network capacity and starter packs availability versus demand, pricing elasticity and obtaining management approval for a marketing program
• Drive solution sets across development teams (IT, network, billing, finance, legal, marketing communication) for SIM Toolkit, GPRS, MMS and content services for a mobile startup company
• Manage partnerships (legal agreement setup, revenue share negotiation, workshops, road shows) with external parties, i.e. content providers, infrastructure vendors, handset manufacturers and application developers to develop early mobile data ecosystem in Indonesia and serve as product evangelist internally and externally to increase market awareness on mobile data
• Develop pricing model based on the cost-based analysis for mobile data services, i.e. GPRS and MMS.
• Manage both IM3 postpaid and prepaid price plans and conduct pricing analysis based on interconnection cost. Develop also pricing model for national roaming scenario between IM3 and Satelindo.
• Develop project management plan for ADSL site installations
• Conduct study on new business opportunity and feasibility in terrestrial data network services
