 Employed in Metals Services Co. Ltd. as QC Mechanical Inspector: Knowledgeable in the Mechanism of Handling and Assembly of Fiber Glass Reinforced Thermosetting Resin (RTR) Piping System. Performing mechanical inspection such as: in process & final inspection of pipes, flanges, gaskets, fittings, RTR pipes & fittings, valves, equipments and etc. Performing inspection for all mechanical testing, materials and equipments as per applicable standards (national & international) or by SAIC (Saudi Aramco Inspection Checklist), by visual and by verifying quality documents such as: Certificate of Compliance, Materials Test Certificates and Inspection Reports.
Inspection and monitoring of pipe flushing with water, final gauging, hydrostatic testing, pigging cleaning. Raising RFI (Request for Inspection) for all mechanical activities such as: pressure/hydrostatic testing of different kind of valves, spools, process piping, line pipe, RTR (Reinforced Thermosetting Resin), fire water line, sanitary and potable waterline. Compilation of comprehensive handover documentation packages in associated of mechanical and pipe works. Duties and Responsibilities as QC Mechanical Inspector:

 Coordinate with the key personnel involved in the project, pertaining to quality matters.
 Inspection done stage wise as per the approved ITP and cleared for further activities.
 Conduct actual inspection of materials, equipment to conform to reference standard and specifications.
 Supervised pipe installation into the trenches, checked adhesive and curing time.
 Making punch list prior to hydro testing.
 Witnessing Hydro testing of RTR pipe line.

 Compiling of Quality Control Documents such as; Installation Reports/Checklist, Testing Reports, /Checklist, and required documents.
 Preparing Project Record Book Packages as per client requirements and standards.

 Release the inspected material for construction to various project
 Having knowledge in WPS, PQR, and weld maps preparation and SMAW, SAW, GTAW, FCAW and GMAW processes, trouble shooting in welding process & equipments. Perform pre-welding, in-process welding and post welding inspection.
 Inspection done during the welding stages and checked for all requirements per approved WPS. Verification of NDT requirements as per Client & ITP requirement.
