Proper store and manage store in order to indentify and prevent from loses and misuse
Ensure storing places are clean and are in good condition.
Conduct verification of incoming materials to match that the materials are the right qualities with required quantities as requested.
Coordenate with the related engineer to inspect materials before being store.
Regular monitor and update main stores issued materilas to site.
Ensure that the materials are handling as per suppliers process of instruction in order to prevent any wear & tear or damages.
Ensure clients materials are properly safeguarded with high level restriction.
Ensure packing of materials is good prior to move from store.
All materials must be verified with physical vs. Book stock.
Sufficient document must be available to justify transition.
Proper safeguarding practices must be apply to prevent damages of materials and equipment.
Accident reports were recorded according to safety instruction.
Making materials delivery notes and materials inspection report and to be signed by client.
Proper releasing of materials to client/customer as per instruction.
Approved delivery notes with invoices copies to be sent to procurement for further payment process.
Responsible for weekly Materials Status Report.
Responsible for camp requests (MRF, TSRF etc
