•Assist the Document Control Manager in the daily operations and for any documentation issues.
•Supervise all activities required for incoming and outgoing of documents, maintaining and controlling documents as per policies and procedures, including the implementation.
•Co-ordinate with all other departments to ensure that Document Control activities are correctly prioritizes and is perform efficiently.
•Interface with other departments and contractor personnel in establishing, completing the necessary document requirements.
•Maintain and ensure all documents like Shop Drawings, Design Drawings, RFI, Submittals, NCR, Site Instruction and other Correspondences is up-to-date as well as properly indexed in the system - Primavera Expedition
•Assist the Document Control Manager in implementation of the new Document Management System called Open Text - Live Link.
•Manage and develop production operations, its key personnel and promote continuous improvement or KAIZEN geared towards meeting and exceeding buyer’s expectations.
•Plan, coordinate, and direct delivery of goods on one or more buyer to PPIC department and central logistics.
•Responsible for managing optimum productivity and efficient flow of production.
•Responsible in monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of the sewing schedule.
•Responsible for achieving quality standard specified by buyer.
•Responsible in managing LEAN implementation imposed in production
