Receiving calls from clients, assisting them over the phone. Doing outbound calls and offering the services and closing contracts. Office filling and organizing, making schedules and arrangement for drivers and cleaners.
• Answers calls from clients based in US and Canada.
• Attending customer’s concerns by giving them appropriate solutions.
• Helping customers with general product issues, billing questions and basic software troubleshooting via phone.

• Doing follow ups on unpaid balances by making calls or sending them Demand Letter.
• Dealing with Insurance Adjusters and Employer’s Defense Attorney regarding the settlement of unpaid bills.
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
• Enters patient’s data (personal information, medical history and diagnosis, Drug intake and prescriptions) by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
• Verifies entered patient’s data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
• Securing patient’s confidentiality by following Hospital policies and procedures.
• Take customer’s order.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Ensure tables are correctly set, side stations are tidy, and side work is appropriately completed, reset tables.
• Handle guest complaints and notify manager on duty immediately.
• Provide timely, pleasant, and polite food and beverage service to guests.
