Equipment Management in DOC
Ensure that all administration is complete and that record keeping is done according to SOPs. Manage and control the administration of the DOC.
Accountable and responsible for all aspect of the management of the Human Resources from appointment to termination of service. Also accountable and responsible for all equipment and assets ensure to the DOC Manager for the execution of tasks. This includes offices, equipment, vehicles and uniform.
Ensure that all report are done and submitted as required by the relevant Client as well as Internal Managers. This includes the quality assurance of all report that is created and submitted by all members of the DOC.
Ensure that all relevant tasks within the DOC are executed according to the relevant SLA, contract, SOP and best practice and that all system are utilized optimally and also maintain thoroughly. The DOC manager must also ensure that there is constantly improve on the procedures and that all DOC members are constantly evaluated and trained.
Responsible for ensuring that all operations and resource utilization are done in the most effective, efficient and economical way and should do operations within the allocated budget with emphasis place on cost savings and the growth of the business unit. The DOC Manager should also ensure that all goals within the Business Unit are directed and achieve as determined by the annual targets.
