1) Supervise the creation & development of JIEC strategic plans
(short, mid & long term) according to it's law & instructions as
well the international standards & procedures to be approved by
JIEC board of directors.
2) Supervise the implementation of JIEC approved strategic plans.
3) Measure the results of the implementation of JIEC strategic
plans for all JIEC administrative units by using the selected
K.P.Is.
4) Suggest to JIEC higher management necessary methodologies
& regulations to ensure the perfection in JIEC institutional
performance assessment operations.
5) Supervise the creation of JIEC Action plan with cooperation of all
JIEC directors.
6) Supervise the creation of all JIEC administrative units Action
plans with cooperation of all JIEC directors.
7) Supervise the creation of all JIEC staff execution plans with
cooperation of all JIEC directors.
8) Measure the results that Achieved by the implementation of all
JIEC action plans by using K.P.Is. that selected when strategic
& action plans preparation.
9) Measure the results that gained from the implementation of
JIEC staff execution plans.
10) Create & supervise the implementation of the various types of
studies & researches that needed for (J.I.E.C.) daily missions
best execution.
11) Advise both of governmental & private Jordanian sectors with
the best methods & procedures to create & implement their
strategic & action plans.
12) Suggest to JIEC higher management with the necessary
actions which must be taken to develop & facilitate the daily
procedures for all JIEC administrative units.
The Responsibilities Administrative Director :
1) Maintaining all JIEC assets (Vehicles fleet, Machinery, Furniture,
equipment, Tools, Appliances ... etc.
2) Renewal the insurance contracts for JIEC assets.
3) Create, develop all JIEC Administrative plans & policies such as
Human power employing, Staff training, Administrative
directorate action plan, Annual staff evaluation, Employing
policy & procedures, Staff welfare, Medical insurance, Stores &
Procurement,
2) Supervise full implementation for all JIEC administrative plans
& policies such as (Human resources plan, Staff training plan,
Action plan, Annual staff evaluation plan, New staff employing
policies & plan, Staff welfare plan ... etc.
3) Supervise implementation of all JIEC plans & policies to prevent
& correct any deviations.
4) Control Staff daily attendance & departure to keep it in optimal
manner to maximize the utility of their efforts.

Creating & developing all financial plans of the institution in their three types (short, medium & long term) & supervising their implementation to prevent & correct any deviations, as well as managing the Foundation's funds in an optimal manner to maximize revenue & reduce expenditures.
My responsibility is to supervise & control all activities concerned with Financial, Accounting, Administration & International Trade Affairs for the firm including all the deals which I held .

I worked as Consultant for Management in Financial, Administrative, Stores, Personnel, Banks & Accounting fields. I supervised with full responsibility the sections that related to these functions to enable them from the perfect execution.
My responsibility as a Financial & Administration Affairs Officer was:
1) Connect the head quarter in Tunisia with the local management of the Institute in Kuwait in whole maters Even the administrative one.
2) Subscribe & unsubscribe all categories of customers including the Financial Settlements.
3) Settle the financial rights of the writers, editors & publishers who work for the institute.
4) Prepare the expected Budget for the next two years for all proposed projects to be introduced to our head Quarter in Tunisia & Cairo to be authorized & approved including the total sum of the suggested budget.
5) Execute the actual Budget for every two years according to the suggested Budget that had authorized & Approved by our Head Quarter in Tunisia & according to the transferred amounts from our headquarter & The transferred amounts given to us from the Kuwaiti Government.
Bader Al Mulla & Brothers Co. w.l.l. is the Mother Co. that I signed my contract with it, but I started my work with one of it's investments which is Al Mulla rental & Leasing Vehicles Company as an Assistant Area Manager who is responsible for perfect utility of The available fleet that consist of more than 3000 vehicles of different types & sizes, distributed on 30 locations established round the state of Kuwait, as well as keeping the daily relations between the company & other divisions such as workshop, spare parts, brand new vehicles showroom, used cars showroom, marketing our fleet, taking care of our customers & solve their problems if available, even our cars that rented to be used out side Kuwait, they were also within my responsibility .
Although my title was Financial Manager but, actually, I was fully responsible to manage all activities related to Sales, Marketing, Purchasing internal & external items, Accounts, Administrative, Banking, Contracting, biding, Quoting, Personnel, Divisions, including Planning & finding their targets & control the implementation of these plans.
My responsibility was to establish & control all accounts operations related to Kuwaiti National Hotels & Tourism Co. (Owners of Marriott Hotel) & all accounts belong to The mother Co. The United International Hotels Co. the owners of The Kuwaiti National Hotels & Tourism company.
I tried to import second hand cars from USA to be sold in Kuwait, But I found it is too risky, because of the hard & unfair competition, therefore I stopped this kind of business.
I was responsible to implement all rules & instructions that issued by The Board of Directors that target to manage the company & it's three sister companies & concerned with the fields of accountancy, administration & stores affairs for both of the head-office & all projects executing by the company, specially West Ogailah site that consist of a complete modern city of 2500 villas, as well as the power stations, bridges, roundabouts, supermarkets, hospitals, mosques, schools, libraries, clinics..... etc.
I was responsible for the accounts of the mother company & it's investments & that includes all the financial & accounting operations starting from the issuance of the vouchers & it's registration in the journal till the finding of the final entries & accounts including the prepration of the trail balance & budget .
My Working period lasted for 3.7 years & covered all Auditing stages of accounting financial & Administrative operations starting from the establishing of the daily vouchers up to the finishing of the trail balances & the budgets.
My training period lasted for 6.5 years & Covered all the stages of the accounting, administrative & financial operations that starts from establishing all vouchers up to closing the trail balance & budgets as well all taxation operations.

The Arab Institute for Accounting & Auditing is a part of The General Union For Arab Accountants & Auditors. The main target for this Institute is to prepare the certified Arab Accountants & Auditors After three years of intensive study, the major subjects to be studied are Accountancy, Auditing (External & Internal ), Taxation, Law, Banking, Monetary Theory, Economics, Finance.
I Studied With The Association Of Certified Accountants, Glasgow, Scotland, U.K. To Obtain C.A. Degree Since Apr.1981, By Correspondence For Three Years, But I was Forced To Stop, Now I am Planning To Complete My Following Selected Subjects : Mathematics, Statistics, Administration, Accountancy, Auditing, Taxation, Law, Banking, Monetary Theory, Economics & Finance .
