Cardiopulmonary Science (CPS), also commonly called as Respiratory Therapy, is a very significant allied healthcare profession, concerned with diagnosis, treatment, management, preventive care, and rehabilitation of patients with diverse cardiopulmonary abnormalities (such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cystic fibrosis, and coronary heart diseases).
