• Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
• Managing an Inventory team comprising of Shift Managers and team leaders.
• Reviewing stock levels on a continuous basis.
• Minimizing exposure to obsolete and excess stock.
• Recruiting, hiring and managing a team of Inventory Counters.
• Maintaining effective business relationships with customers.
• Presenting written reports and analyses to senior managers.
• Investigating customer complaints.
• Maintain stock levels and inventory to company specified guidelines and time frames.
• Ensuring customers are served in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Abiding by company policies and procedures in relation to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Food Safety to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors.
