Responsible for achieving the credit sales targets and managing the performance of credit operations in all showrooms through evaluating the overall and individual KPIs of credit officers. Responsible for delivering operational and marketing projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations.Supervising, directing & motivating teams of multi-discipline employees, Analysis of store, customer and competitor feedback.
Full PNL responsibility including adherence to monthly budgets, strategy and target setting, responsibility of the company structure, creating and maintaining strong ties with current and future partners and developing and maintaining the marketing strategy.
Coordinates marketing activities as required in support of the consumer marketing and business-to-business marketing efforts directed by the corporate marketing department. Focuses on activities that directly support the sales efforts by organizing joint events with partners. Also responsible for the development and distribution of marketing materials, presentations and other sales support materials, including premium items. Provides support to the marketing department which includes invoice administration, processing and record-keeping.
Handling Land Force’s requests for buying Weapons, Heavy Materials and land network connections either through tenders or direct purchases only from foreign companies outside Kuwait.
Seeing assigned projects through. Starting from getting the necessary approvals to forming and signing the contracts
Maintain good relations with companies inside and outside of Kuwait.
Maintain good relations with the several departments of the ministry along with other government agencies.
Creating Confidential reports, to set the data and rank the individuals performance.
Monitoring monthly figures through meeting team leaders & discussing data collection.
Taking initiative as delegated by manager to identify all issues that arise during the process and providing accuracy reports.
Providing accurate calculated total of every product sold for each individual team member, and taking approval from Head of direct sales Channel.
A Relationship Officer with more Responsibilities and Target.
Training New Relationship Officers.
Building a relationship with high profile customers both new and existing.
