As CEO of JANA SARL I managed a team of professionals from 4 countries to render BPO services mainly in voice B2B telemarketing campaigns for clients in France and the USA. We succeeded in matching and often bypassing the quality requirements of our clients. I led the mutation of JANA from just a simple telemarketing outsourcing service provider into a diverse "do it all" BPO services provider.

The AEL is a grass-roots mass organization defending the rights of the Arab community in Belgium and the Netherlands. As president I was managing the activities of some 18000 members. I contested elections and conceived election campaigns. I designed and led major sensitizing campaigns on various issues and themes. I participated in hundreds of TV shows, debates and congresses. I wrote dozens of op-ed articles that were published in acclaimed newspapers and magazines and published three books among which one best seller in Belgium and Holland. I negotiated with governments and political parties, trade-unions and multinationals, and met heads of states.
My nine years as president of the AEL were the most enriching experience to me as a professional and as a human being and left me with a huge social capital of friends and connections in Europe and in the Arab world.

I led a team of 70 professionals responsible for immigrant workers welfare in Belgium. We had offices in the major cities of the country and we tried to improve working conditions and cohesion on the work floor between local and immigrant workers. We also negotiated important law amendments and projects aiming at combating discrimination and favoring immigrant inclusion in the Belgian work force.
