Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Admin assistant is primarily responsible for providing clerical, administrative andtechnical support to the Entire Office.
• Act as the frontline staff of Corporate Office and Channels all concerns.
• Complete all required documentation and work as per the Integrated Management System requirement

Loading of Cargo and Discharging Cargo
Coordination and organization of sea freight operations.
Handling different types of shipments: FCL, LCL, Consol, etc.
Assisting customers with shipping requirements in terms of import formalities.
Ensuring no mistakes and/or misunderstandings during verification of HB/L before releasing cargo under different types of bills of ladings
Constant monitoring while ensuring the proper setting of milestones/status codes under 100% Data Quality.
Strict meeting of in-time receipt of correct and sufficient documents
Archive documentation into job file before vessel arrival
To take charge of the coordination work for all outgoing shipments based on customer allocation
Ensuring smooth flow of export and import operations relating of FCL sea freight shipments
Sourcing of containers and vessel space for FCLs based on customer requirements
Negotiates with different service providers to get the lowest price, confirm the charge, and make the payment done
Liaise with internal parties: Customer Service and operation team for proper loading and delivery.
Coordinating with external parties: truckers, shipping lines etc. to ensure smooth delivery
Checking of vessel berthing and schedules as well as updating of booking forecasts
Follows shipping status, inputs and updates shipping documents in the system in a timely manner
Manage shipping related enquiries from internal / external customers
Trouble shoot operational issues encountered internally and externally
Customize logistics solutions for customers, where needed
