- Developing full plan and design for the Harbor Walk area project to improve accessibility to the retail shops where signage and directions will be implemented

- Working with a team to develop a 5 years retail strategy in order to improve the retail services and options provided to KAUST community

- Planning for project requests regarding location, setbacks, image and design referring to KAUST master plan and guidelines
- Advises the engineering team before the implementation to keep all projects in according to KAUST master plan
