I work as an office and bookings coordinator for a Facility and cleaning Company.
I also assist in doing accounting task such as Daily cash report, petty cash report, WPS updates, accounts payables, invoicing etc and as well serve as customer support, I am the main point of contact between staff and clients in terms of their job and clients requirements. I even assist in any customer related complaints and handle on carrying out solutions in solving the clientelle problems.
