Monitor Remedy Trouble Ticketing System for Problem Report escalated then investigate and troubleshoot
the problem.
• Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of home broadband and telecommunication services such
as router or modem, IPTV, VOIP, telephone cables, CCTV using wired or wireless connectivity.
• Prepare all the required reports dumped from RTTS then get the KPIs for every vendor (ALU, NSN, Huawei,
WiMax, Zhone & FTTH).
• Organize Maintenance Downtime request necessary for system upgrades and troubleshooting purposes.
• Prepare and administer monthly Critical outage problem report and get average restoration time.
• Assist ANOC Team Leaders in the preparation of their required report.
• Administer database of all the problem reports / complaints received by ANOC departments.
• Assist System Engineers in the development, modification and enhancement of programs.
• Log all system design problems and initiate action with the supplier for correction.
• Issue Engineering Maintenance Letters (EML) and Warning Notices (WN) to exchange maintenance staff to minimize the service impact of existing exchange problems.
• Supervise the installation and acceptance tests of ALU’s 5ESS switches and NSN’s EWSD switches.
• Supervise the installation and acceptance tests of ALU’s 5ESS switches and NSN’s EWSD switches.
• Perform Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT) of both ALU and NSN switches on different sites kingdom wide and at Remote Test Centers.
• Inspect the installation quality of the switching equipment in every site under Y2K and TEP7 projects and make sure that standard operating procedure is being followed.
• Identify failures and non compliance of contractors to rectify and re-design.
• Perform diagnostic tests of the sites need to be commissioned.
• Attend in System Quality Test (SQT) for new equipment
• Technical review of MOPs and Switching Contract Unit List (CUL) for every site.
• Supervise the cut-over activities of ALU and Ericsson switches to be Y2K compliant.
• Create and update the database records of the status of ongoing and completed projects.
• Review, recommend and approve Preliminary Acceptance Certificate.
• Prepare all the necessary reports required by the Manager to be discussed in regular meetings.
Supervise all the personnel working in Technical Operation Center (Rizal Province)
• Provide assistance and supervise in correcting trouble analysis and faults
• Gather switching system data / information for use in the expansion, reconfiguration, modification and
upgrading of the switching network.
• Perform trouble analysis and diagnostic tests of ERICSSON AXE 10 Equipment
• Perform network integration with several network operators
