• Checks and reviews the accuracy of figures for daily sales transactions.
• Posts payment and journal entries for daily and monthly transactions.
• Checks figures of cash on hand and in banks and prepare daily Cash Flow reports.
• Prepares monthly reconciliation of Inter-company accounts / bank reconciliation report / schedules for all personnel related accruals / outstanding balance report for suppliers account.
• Assist in the mid-year and year-end physical inventory of stocks.
• Assist in the year-end external audit.
• Prepares and consolidates annual budget.
• Maintain files of General Ledger and Financial Reports.
• Generates monthly financial reports.
• Performs other duties as may deem necessary.

• Daily reclassification of accounts based on Goods
Receipt through SAP System.
• Assists in Fixed Asset Daily Monitoring.
• Conduct monthly Asset registration and disposal.
• Conduct Physical Inventory count.
• Support month-end and year-end closing
processes.
• Perform other related functions as needed.
