* Responsible for Generating KPI’s for Palm, deriving the data from both the system and sales generated reports, converting them to information required for business decisions by Palm Executives. Also Responsible for administration of Palm database for both NCR (Palm subsystem) and their mapping on AX (ERP).KPI’s include but not limited to sales analysis, projections, and pricing scenarios.
* Responsible for managing some 18K+ SKU'S in the Palm database in NCR as well as their mapping on AX. Duties include entry and update of items, configurations different selling ranges (i.e. City/Highway/Airports), and promo configurations.
* Investigates stock variances during inventories where there is data corruption, and system isn’t valid to generate the variance report, thus results are manually calculated.
* Responsible for creating practical solutions to help ease out operation procedures (i.e. Montly Counts File (for monitoring Cigarette Inventories, Stores Standard Check, DSD Checker, Sales and Budget Monitoring, Fuel Sales Report, etc.) and other files as required by Palm
* Prepares Annual Budget Forecasting base on Operations requirements by generating sales projections from previous sales data, converting them to the format required by Finance only after Executive feedbacks
* Responsible for Developing and maintaining the Qlik Business Intelligence solution for Palm. A solution that requires coding and can only be accessed by the Top Management. Once developed data is automatically being updated coming from NCR
* Generates different pricing scenarios that will drive gross profit increase according to trend, location, and business strategy.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
* Coordinating with suppliers regarding a variety of issues concerning new items, cost updates, new listings, deliveries, and expiries and sets meeting if necessary to discuss such.
* Works with AX 2009/AX 2012 in managing the cost and price updates in the system
* Prepares for the Sales Analysis of Items by Location, Department, or Vendor
* Prepares the Merchandising Plano gram of stores to be opened with reference to FMCG analysis
* Opening Supervisor for 11 Palm Cafe for SASCO
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
* Daily Supervision of Palm Cafe
* PO Generation for All Items to be sold
* Studies Effective ways to improve sales
* Meets with suppliers to improve business relations for both parties
* Manages Subordinates of Palm Cafe
* Prepares Data Analysis Reports Daily, Monthly and Yearly
