Maintenance Department: I lead the maintenance team for operation and maintenance work; as per planned preventive maintenance & schedule. Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise. Create proper work and operation flow for MEP maintenance work. Was able to lead supervisors, foremen and technicians in providing technical solutions for day to day service calls. Was also the liaison person dealing with multiple construction suppliers and coordinate purchase orders and deliveries.
Engineering Department: Managed installations of CCTV, MATV, IPTV and audio visual units as per project assigned. Also fabricated parts, cables, and test fixtures. I supervised a team of 2 and do the task delegation accordingly.
Instrumentation Department; Installed components, units and printed circuit boards following specifications; Customized units and makes adjustments or repairs according to written specifications using electronic, hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Inspected and tested all Value-Added assemblies prior to delivery and records serial numbers and voltages for all modified products.
Studied television, audio visual and low end electrical installation.
