• Managing the production by using 5 Nos Batching Plants (capacity 570cum/hour), 05 Nos Ice & chiller Plants, 07 Nos Mobile Pumps, 04 Nos static Pumps, 04 Nos distributors, 50 Nos Transit Mixers, 18 Nos Cement Bulkers, 04 Nos water Boozers, 20 Nos Tippers.
• Responsible for the daily operation of the plant & solves technical & administrative problems related to production, materials, safety, health & environment control, customers & government interface.
• Sales and marketing of overall ready-mix business.
• Managing overall procurement of ready-mix business and workshop.
• Review and approve Ready-Mix Concrete delivery schedules and detailed preparation for dry and wet production both on-site and off-site, and manage to satisfy requests.
• Direct the production activities and assure sufficient and efficient out-put of Ready-Mix Concrete
• Discuss work priorities with subordinates in daily meetings, coordinating the necessary provision of resources and deal with any problems arising out of such activities.
• Identify the shortfalls and establish / maintain appropriate system for measuring necessary aspects of plant management.
• Ensure all emergency stocks kept in all plant locations.
• Ensure stores and purchase department are performing in satisfactory level.
• Ensure the periodic calibrations are carried in due dates, verify if it meets the technical department requirements.
• Preventive maintenance should be done in scheduled in coordination with the production dept so as to ensure that immediate interruption to production is avoided.
• Ensure all records/catalogues related to equipments and machineries are maintained properly in the respective section for immediate reference.
• Check the software functions of plants in periodic intervals.
• Keep the extra copies of soft wares and software backup stored.
• Implement QMS management system to meet organizational performance plans within permissible budget and time scale.
• Ensure that all correspondences from anybody in plant division are routed through and approved.
• Ensure testing of material as per QCS (Qatar Construction Standard).
• To prepare the mix design of different grades of concrete.
• Co ordination with clients & consultants.
• Inspection of plants.
• Testing of fresh & hardened concrete.
• Arrange the trial mix at laboratory as well as at batch plant for the satisfaction of client & Consultant.
• Arrange monthly quality control visits.
• Monthly Quality control reports.

• Ensure that Manpower of relevant craft, Skill & number is available.
• Ensure that his requirement of resources as per plan is available.
• Ensure the availability of latest Drawings, Method Statements & Work Instructions & make sure that his team understands these documents completely.
• Know the efficiency vs. productivity and their effect on project cost.
• Understand contractual scope of work and able to identify extra work.
• Give prime importance to human & assets safety and take responsibility for the quality of work.
• Interact with consultant on site related issues & resolve the same in amicable manner in the best interest of company.
• Ensure that Planner carry out accurate identification of work front availability.
• Report progress slippage if any to Project Manager.
• Responsible for cost control measures in his discipline & take action to eliminate re-work, idling of manpower and equipment, waste of material & consumables

• Plan and deploy the resource to meet the project specific requirements to execute the works.
• Execute the works as per contract scope of work and CQP.
• Monitor progress of work as per schedules and obtain clarifications from the Site Manager as required.
• Liaise with Construction Manager, Procurement Co-coordinator, QA/QC Engineer for the items requiring their support.
• Attending the various meeting with the client, Consultant and clarify their queries as required.
• Making Cash Flow & S-Curve for Progress of the Project.
• Correspondence with Client & Consultant.
• Maintaining other Technical Records.
• Making Site Action Lists and Weekly Schedules.
• Monitoring Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress.
• Budgeting, Monitoring of Costs and Issuance of Analytical Report.
• Implementation of ISO-9001 Certified Standards.
