● Worked alongside the Chief Product Officer to implement sustainable logistics solutions with a focus on ESG resulting in a 50% reduction in costs and carbon footprint

● Key leadership role in Echo’s acquisition by McKesson for $50m
● Managed P&L and scaled operations from 2, 000 to 100, 000 users reducing order delivery time by 75%
and achieving an NPS of 85+, through which became Europe’s largest online pharmacy

● Pioneered and launched- ‘Pharmacy as a Service’ increasing topline revenue by 18% and facilitating further strategic partnership opportunities

● Promoted to run the London region opening the first flagship concept city store with a unique store layout and also becoming the National lead for the UK’s #1 Aldi Graduate Scheme
● In the two employment engagement surveys conducted during my tenure, both areas under my leadership in Wales and London came top of Aldi UK at 98% and 97% respectively
● Managed the ideation and rollout of a groundbreaking inventory management system across Aldi UK & Ireland, from tender stage to national rollout. As a result of its success it was scoped for worldwide use with an annual cost saving of over £4 million
