• Carrying out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Preparing and submissions and taking approvals method statements and inspection test plan.,
• inspecting all civil and construction work in all the construction phases ensuring project meet agreed specifications, technical designs, drawings and timescales
• Review and comment the contractor's submittals, technical queries, field change documents and other technical documents including Drawings and As-Builts
• Ensure timely resolution of project issues arising in all phases of the project development
• Support and guide contractor to achieve the safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Ensure that all required reporting are collated, reviewed, and submitted within defined timelines
• Ensuring all parties are performing in accordance with their contracted services and their duties agreed under the responsibility matrix.
• Monitor progress of work against Construction programme to ensure that the progress is in accordance to the Construction Programme
• Take necessary corrective actions on work requiring rework or remedial actions
• Ensure that safety procedures are implemented on site and report any risks to Safety Officer
• Manage the construction work in accordance with the relevant drawings, specifications and codes and ensure all required drawings and material
• preparing technical submittals and shop drawings associated with the civil, structural and architectural works
• Implement and adhere with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program, safety guidelines, and specification during work
• Planning deadlines to complete all tasks at a reasonable rate and communicate the same with stakeholders
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and shared with the team appropriately
• Distributes manpower with General foreman, including equipment and materials to achieve the required progress and in compliance with the project quality requirements
• Ensure that no work is submitted for inspection unless it is complete and complies with all specified requirements.
• Monitor, control, and coordinate the works of different subcontractors and report on their progress and trends for problems
• perceived project risks are communicated to the Project Manager
• Manage the team under the unit in executing the projects and provide guidance and directives to ensure successful completion of the project
• Guiding subcontractors in any relevant technical and coordination issues and responding to technical clarifications
• Monitoring and reviewing Subcontractors performance and give regular, objective feedback on progress and deal immediately with poor performance

• Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule

• Review all material testing results and ensures compliance to Design specifications and standards
• Liaising with Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff, Especially Quantity Surveyors and The Overall Project Manager
• Ensure that quality deliverables, timely submissions, and project scope requirements are successfully met.
