 Manage the daily functionality of the base; ensure utilities, food and other supplies
are available, and that all other requirements are in place.
 Welcome and brief new staff and visitors to the base, plan for their arrival by
preparing GH, arranging transportation if required and ensuring they have all the
information needed for their stay.
 Manage all logistics affairs of projects and thus ensures the proper functioning of supply
chain including procurement planning;
 Manage, coordinate and support the procurement, transportation and distribution of relief
item, including site safety and security;
 Planning commodity schedules for project activities in close cooperation with relevant
project staff;
 Liaise with suppliers for all local purchases;
 Manage Fleets for effective use of the vehicles and in verifying the correct keeping of
vehicle-log books;
 Drafting tender, contracts/agreements;
 Ensuring the Maintenance of the Office and Guest Houses.

-Manage data collection from field activities and conduct analysis
-Database development and administration;
-Receive and process daily/weekly reports;
-Weekly reporting to the Project Manager on progress of activities;
-Support the Project Manager in information management and reporting to donors;
-Support and assist Project Manager in data compilation;
-Field visit to assist staff in data collection and have a better understanding of the
assessed needs
