1Preparing Corporate Tax Returns.
2Preparing Sales Tax Returns.
3Preparing monthly & annual Payroll Tax reconciliations for both foreign and local staff.
4Preparing defense memos relating to disputes (i.e. Payroll, Corporate, Sales, , state development on clay and Stamp Tax).
5Attending the tax inspections and prepare the financial statements analysis for the tax inspection purposes.
6Attending internal committees and appeal committees related to tax disputes.
7Achieving many special assignments such as evaluating, due diligence.
8Good knowledge of the Egyptian, Arabic taxation laws and Double tax treaties.
9Prepare Tax forms for withholding tax and submit them to the Tax Authority.
