A- Pasteurization Area
Responsible for timely CIPs of Raw milk tanks, storage tanks and pasteurizer equipment’s

Transferring the semi finish product to UHT machine.
B- UHT Area
Responsible for timely CIPs and Sterilization of UHT machine and ATS. Operation of UHT Plant and ATs as per approved procedures.
Recording and reporting of all plant critical parameters.
Monitoring and reporting of all activities done during the shift
Recording and reporting of all batch cards containing all inputs and outputs of the batch
Responsible for maintaining record of UHT and ATS during production. Responsible for transferring of finished goods to store.

Supporting the instructors for prepare the training course material
preparing the annual training schedule plan,
Following up training courses start and the end of sessions,
