Duties
Managing the factory since the opening and assuring smooth running includes but not restrict to
the follows:
Assigning the Organization chart for the factory.
Implement the Factory SOP as well as the operation document such as (Receipts, invoices,
books, computer systems . etc.) and all it’s cycle.
Implementing the Filing System.
Implement Advanced Spread sheets to handle the following:
Customers Accounts Handling Sheet.
Stores Handling Sheet.
Production Handling Sheet.
Coast analyzing sheet.
Pay roll Sheet.
Supervise and lead the sales team in the following :
Focusing on penetration and the share percentage of the market and ensure its increment.
Control sales & pre-sales process.
Studying the market segmentation and develops the existing and creating new business
channels.
Keeping perfect existing and conduct new relationships with clients and vendors.
Approaching customers either organization or individual within planned sales process.
Making periodic Surveys to the market needs and adapt the row materials purchasing
process accordingly.
Implementing the target per quarter.
Production management.
Full understand for the operation and all its process and able to operate each and every
single machine in the factory.
Maintain the machines running in perfect conditions and repair any damage might happen.
Coordinate for the row material and spare parts purchasing.
Supervise the Financial Department.
Supervise the HR Department.
Maintain all the IT equipment work in perfect conditions.
Supervise the Designing Team.
Coordinates for the cars periodic maintenance.
Printing plats design and follow up till receive the plats.
Making the plats spread in a special way to print true colors through CMYK on carton.
