Job Profile • Lead a team of engineers and supervisors • Overall independent incharge of Electrical / Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, power and ELV services at site. • Raise material requisitions for all electro mechanical services for procurement as per the project scope. • Review shop drawings with respect to the design (tender) drawings for compliance with the design intent and provide feedback with appropriate comments/ approval. • Review electro Mechanical shop drawings in conjunction with the structural and architectural requirements and prepare coordination drawings. • Review electro Mechanical services material submittals against specified technical performance requirements and advise on the appropriateness of the submittals. • Prepare, review and obtain consultants approval of Method statements. • Monitor and ensure compliance of electro Mechanical logs like shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, RFITs etc. and material delivery tracking. • Attend meetings and interacting with design consultants, supervision consultants, main contractor and client for all electro Mechanical engineering, construction, testing & commissioning activities. • Draft letters related to construction/ commercial issues and coordinating for submission. • Prepare progress percentage and coordinate for monthly billing submission. • Monitor and ensure scheduled compliance of work progress for electro Mechanical activities. • Guide, lead, assign work and monitor progress of electro Mechanical site team of Foremen/ chargehand/ workers. • Review RFITs and coordinate with supervision consultants for approval. • Review design omissions/ discrepancies, raise RFIs and resolve with main contractor/ consultants. • Track all electro Mechanical work progress at site as per approved baseline program and update program in coordination with main contractor’s project planner. • Monitor subcontractor works • Manage eletro Mechanical costs within budget.

Job Profile • Full responsibility of technical of design and build of HVAC, fire fighting and plumbing works.
• Prepare concept design mechanical report .
• Preparing DD and IFC .
• Lead, Motivate, Train and develop MEP Team.
• Plan, Organize and manage MEP team for the completion of project as scheduled.
• Develop and establish detailed Material Submittal schedule and comprehensive schedule of all planned drawing submittals based on the Project Schedule.
• Review the technical queries/clarifications from the subcontractor, provide clarification and raise the relevant queries/clarifications to consultant through RFI, CR or in meetings / discussions. Review the clarification from the consultant and transmit to all interfacing subcontractors.
• Manage the Shop drawings and As built drawings programs - Coordinate with team, subcontractors and Consultants - to ensure the drawing preparation progress is as per schedule.
• Manage the construction program - Coordinate with Construction team, Management and Consultants to ensure the work progress is as per schedule.
• Monitor the work progress; analyze the resource adequacy for achieving the schedule, implement actions/recovery plans for any variations from the planned schedule, verify the effectiveness of the corrective action.
• Provide accurate status of work progress, drawing submittals and material submittals weekly and monthly.
• Present weekly progress status, weekly look ahead, potential issues affecting the project progress to the management and discuss/decide the corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, Project team and consultants for completing the testing and commissioning activities of the project as per project schedule.
• Report to commercial department regarding the bad performance of subcontractor in progress, quality, safety or any other concerns, which needs to be taken contractually.

Job Profile • Full responsibility of technical Designing HVAC system along with project correspondences as per the following:
-Related project specifications of HVAC, Fire fighting and plumbing.
-Related design drawings of HVAC according to ASHREA and SMACNA:
(Cooling load estimation, duct design, piping design, refrigerant piping design, Psychometric analysis and air mixture calculations …etc).
- Related design drawings of Plumbing according to ASPE, IPC and BS codes of plumbing:
(piping and equipment arrangement, cold and hot water demands, Sizing of Water Tank and Septic Tank, domestic water and drainage pipe sizing, Computation of Fixture Units …etc)
- Related design drawings of fire fighting According to NFPA (such health and safety arrangements for passive fire protection, verify for active fire protection system such sprinklers types and locations, FM200 and CO2 systems and location of fire and smoke dampers).
• Supervising material take off and BOQ preparing.
• Preparing pumps head and flow calculations of chilled water pumps, booster package pumps, circulation pumps, submersible and lifting pumps and fire fighting pumps.
• Preparing fans external static pressure calculations.
• Full responsibility of submittal issuance up to get approval for first fix up to long lead items.
• Full responsibility of value engineering.
• Full responsibility for long lead equipment selection and procured such:
- Pumps(chilled, drainage, domestic and fire system)
-All HVAC equipment such air handlers and heat recovery units (run around coils, horse shoe, evaporative cooling coils and heating wheel) up to fan coil units.
- Neutralization tanks and grease interceptors.
-Air separator, expansion tanks, pressurization units.
• Full responsibility for first and second fix materials selection and procured such:
• Monitor and coordinate between engineering, procurement, logistics and construction to ensure schedule compliance of the ongoing projects.
• Ensure contractors have obtained all the necessary permits and licenses, and are maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and permit conditions.
• Review and approve contractors’ construction method statements, schedules, plans and procedures.
• Plan and manage the pre-commissioning activities and handover of completed facilities to the operations group.
• Supervising the material inventories.
• Lead coordination between consultancy, main contractor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and following up material delivery.
• Handing over the system to the client after successful commissioning & testing.
• Hiring and recruiting engineers, foramens and technicians from Philippine, India and Egypt.
