Heading the digital discipline of the creative team which consists of creatives, developers and a producer, responsible for providing technical support and creative guidance to teams from different disciplines at the Agency.
Continuously working with the team to stay up to date with technologies and trends required to develop effective ideas. I am also responsible for leading ideation sessions, and lead on the development of both creative and digital strategies.

I founded Cypher Digital Media to pursue my passion in digital creations, I provided my clients with a full range of digital services to help them attain measurable business results and enhance the value of their brands.
Launched a business and in a very short period of time secured a client base that allowed for hiring the necessary staff to hold the business together and produce awesome work.

I started working at Madison Digital as a Senior Art Director and was promoted to Creative Director beginning of 2010.
Developed creative strategies under the Creative Director’s supervision, oversaw the creative output for designers and finalizers working on ATL campaigns, BTL and Branding layouts.
Was responsible for introducing digital to the agency, took lead on the on a number of digital projects some of which were websites, microsites, digital display ads and interactive content.
Collaborated with the Business Development and Marketing teams to identify business goals and worked along with the development team to create outstanding user experiences and interfaces for a number of solutions that are meant for enterprise, government and learning purposes.
I started off as a web designer in 2002 and my role evolved to Team Leader in 2006 to lead a team of designers, illustrators animators and front end developers working on a number of projects varying from web solutions, eLearning enrichments, UI/UX, branding and BTL projects.
