Key Responsibilities:
•To build brands image in KSA market and reviewing brands performance via internal sales systems and reports.
•Expand Market reach & distribution channels by opening new accounts in electronics and digital lifestyle category stores & untapped avenues.
•Coordinate with retailers (eXtra, Emax, Jarir Bookstore, Hyper Panda, Carrefour & LuLu Hyper), and wholesalers in IR market.
•Ordering complete product line-up with right product mix in consultation with Retail Sales Channel Partners.
•Liaison with internal suppliers quarterly and annually to update them on Brand performance and major initiatives.
•Coordinate with Sales executives, merchandisers and promoters team for executing targeted business plans.
•2011 Launched SIGMA in Jarir and was great success with yearly growth of 25% until 2014.
•On job training and coaching for Salesmen, Merchandisers, Retail Ambassadors and dealer network.
•Preparing and analyzing the annual budgets, forecasts and promotions for respective Brands.
• Planning the strategic Consumer, Trade and Sales level promotional strategies to achieve monthly set targets.
•Link with agency for brand promotional projects (ATL, BTL) and media planning to achieve goals.
•Conducting actionable market visits across Saudi Arabia to gather market intelligence and competitor activities.
•Closely monitoring sales, stocks, orders, promotions related to the products.
•Following-up all marketing activities and events related to the brands.

•Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
•Regular Dealer visit and ensure proper merchandising in all key retail outlets and formulate specific retail program.
•Implementing Market Display guidelines for different Brands.
•In-charge for generating PO for optimum stock on hand.
•Building marketing strategies to procure goals.
•Managing Purchase, Sales & Inventory to push sales.
•Building strong relationship with customers.
•Maintaining customer satisfaction.
