• Establishing administrative procedures taken by departments according to the provisions
of law.( Local & Free zone )
• Disseminating and circulating legal culture among all PCFC and Trakhees employees.
• Compose / write legal opinion internally and externally.
• Demonstrate legal culture within among PCFC-Trakhees departments by conducting awareness program covering legal aspect that the employee should follow to secure the organization from any legal risk.
• Following up the court cases.
• Design and implement policies and procedures in PCFC.
• Supervise and represent the legal department in the tender committees.
• Comply with TRAKHEES’s policy in respect to the Customer, Suppliers, Employees, and to carry out duties and responsibilities as per TRAKHEES’s Code of Conduct.
