I am a tea room chef producing fresh baked bread, pastries, cakes and biscuits in my own kitchen.
I also assist in the main restaurant kitchen, as a commis chef with main meals and desserts.
I do all my own paperwork including allergen sheets & haccap.
Production of cake products for company shop.
Also to cover bakers work if required, work in the company shop.
