-Preparing sales budget (units and value based) in line with the strategy followed, along with estimating Gross Profit and Gross Margin to insure profitability.
-Responsible for ordering and monthly sales forecast based on actual and expected sales trends in line with the set budget and strategies followed.
-Product sourcing and extensive traveling to meet with existing and new suppliers.
